Ingredients
- 2-3 large eggs

fluffier eggs) and season with salt and pepper.

Heat the pan: Melt 1 tbsp butter or oil in a non-stick skillet over
medium heat.

Cook the eggs: Pour the eggs into the pan and cook until they start
setting at the edges.
